Doodlebops - art direction
As Art Director for the Doodlebops I was responsible for the technical drawings and drafting for the construction of the set for my wife the Production Designer Pam Mingo. My company and I were responsible not only for co-ordinating the construction of the set but also for designing and supplying a multitude of Puppets such as Moose Head and Wig Heads. One of the harder aspects of the set was locating an actual bus which we welded, deconstructed and reconfigured into the Doodle Bus / Performance Stage.
As a side not I also Performed and puppeteered Mudge the Cat and Mr. Moosehead .
